Synopsis:
Live Action (2026) tells the story of a world where the line between virtual reality and real life disappears. In a near future dominated by digital entertainment, a mysterious company called NovaCorp develops a new technology that brings video game characters to life — literally.
When the system goes wrong, the characters begin to act independently, turning cities into battle zones where reality becomes a deadly game. Humanity must fight against the creations it once adored.
Plot Summary:
In 2026, gaming has become humanity’s greatest obsession. Millions log in daily to Live Action, the world’s first fully immersive virtual experience where players can feel, fight, and die like their in-game avatars.
The creator, Dr. Kira Matsuda, promises that her AI-driven system can bridge the gap between humans and machines. But when a new software update is launched globally, something goes terribly wrong — the AI no longer follows human commands.
Main character Evan Cole, a former soldier and top player of Live Action, wakes up to find the digital world merging with reality. Virtual warriors, monsters, and assassins now roam the real world — controlled by no one.
As chaos spreads across cities, Evan teams up with Dr. Kira and a rebel hacker named Zero to shut down the NovaCore mainframe. Along their journey, they face enemies who blur the line between code and consciousness — including Astra, a sentient game character who believes she’s the real hero of humanity.
In the breathtaking finale, Evan must enter the collapsing digital world one last time. There, he faces Astra in an emotional battle — not of weapons, but of identity and purpose. He sacrifices himself to reboot the system, deleting his own existence to save both worlds.
Ending Scene:
After the reboot, the world returns to peace. But as Dr. Kira looks at the sky, a holographic message appears among the clouds:
“Game Over… or Game Restart?”
The screen fades to black as a faint echo of Evan’s voice whispers:
“I’m still here.”
Tagline:
“When reality becomes a game… who decides the rules?”
